NEXA Unveils Chat And Social AI For LOs
NEXA Lending launches its Agenetic AI platform with Chat and Social capabilities, giving mortgage originators real-time intelligence, automated support, and marketing tools to boost efficiency and closings
NEXA Lending has announced the commercial launch of Chat and Social AI capabilities as part of its proprietary Agenetic AI platform, marking a significant advance in artificial intelligence integration for mortgage professionals.
Designed to operate beyond the limitations of traditional chatbots, static customer-relationship systems, or standalone technology add-ons, the Agenetic AI platform uses an advanced large-language model built exclusively for mortgage originators. The system is engineered to learn, adapt, and evolve in real time, functioning as a “digital teammate” that enhances loan officers’ ability to think, market, structure, and close loans without increasing workload or operational complexity.
"I've spent my career building systems that help loan officers win. This is the most powerful one yet," said Mike Kortas, CEO of NEXA Lending. "We're introducing true learning AI to the mortgage industry, not a toy, not a chatbot, but real, decision-capable intelligence that works alongside our people every single day."
Key features of the new Chat and Social AI module provide loan originators with instant intelligence and operational support, including:
- Search across more than 288 investor loan products and guidelines.
- Real-time pricing and scenario modeling.
- Intelligent loan structuring assistance.
- Automated responses to mortgage-related inquiries.
- AI-powered social media content creation and marketing support.
- Conversational chat support for both loan officers and borrowers.
Additional automation features are planned for forthcoming releases, which aim to increase originations by reactivating dormant client databases and identifying previously overlooked opportunities.
Kortas stressed that the platform is already live for NEXA originators, with further enhancements scheduled in the coming weeks.
