NextUs Lending is now rebranded as Brokers Advantage Mortgage

Gone are the days of NextUs Lending. Or, at least, its name. The Irvine, Calif.-based lender rebranded itself Wednesday as Broker Advantage Mortgage.

"We are committed to providing white-glove service to our brokers and wanted to choose a name that emulates that commitment while providing the vision for the new era of our company," a press release said.

NextUs, which offered non-conforming residential lending programs, will still offer the same services and focus on purchase and refinance transactions. The Non-QM and TPO platform will still remain a DBA of Vista Point Mortgage, which is also based in Irvine.

The release also said that the company's mortgage products include bank statement loans, asset depletion, HELOC, HELoan, DSCR programs and interest-only mortgage options.
