Texas-based firm adds industry veteran Kimberly Friesenhahn to strengthen client relationships and expand its national footprint among residential mortgage lenders

Polunsky Beitel Green LLP (PBG), one of the nation’s longest-standing residential mortgage law firms, has bolstered its business development team with the appointment of Kimberly Friesenhahn in San Antonio, Texas.

Friesenhahn brings more than 20 years of industry experience in residential real estate and mortgage lending to her new role, where she will support the firm’s continued expansion and deepen engagement with existing and prospective clients.

In her capacity as a business development leader, Friesenhahn will collaborate directly with PBG’s attorneys and client service professionals. Her responsibilities include cultivating new strategic relationships, enhancing market presence, and advancing the firm’s national footprint among mortgage lending clients.

“Polunsky Beitel Green has long been recognized as a trusted partner to mortgage lenders nationwide,” Friesenhahn said. “I’m excited to join a firm so deeply committed to client service, industry leadership, and innovation, and I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued success.”

Prior to joining Polunsky Beitel Green, Friesenhahn served as director of residential real estate business development at Broadway National Bank, where she led initiatives across the residential real estate channel and achieved notable year-over-year growth. In that role, she also represented the bank at industry events, managed marketing efforts, and oversaw performance metrics aimed at driving sustainable business results.

Earlier in her career, Friesenhahn held significant roles at JPMorgan Chase — serving as a key liaison between consumer direct lending and retail branches — and at World Savings Bank, where she focused on quality assurance and compliance across the loan lifecycle.

“Kimberly is a highly respected industry professional with a proven ability to drive growth and build lasting client relationships,” said PBG Principal Marty Green. “Her broad background spanning business development, lending operations, and compliance gives her a unique perspective that will be incredibly valuable to our clients and our firm as we continue to grow and evolve.”

Polunsky Beitel Green, with offices in San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston, specializes in legal, regulatory, and compliance services for residential mortgage lenders nationwide.
