Revolution Mortgage is expanding its footprint in the Texas market with a new location in Spring, TX.

Revolution Mortgage's Spring, TX location will be led by Kenny Tate and Mason Davidson. It also serves as the tenth Revolution Mortgage branch in the state of Texas.

Tate is joining Revolution as its branch production manager, after seven years at SWBC Mortgage and with more than 18 years in home financing. According to the company, Tate has helped hundreds of families and individuals achieve the dream of homeownership and has received numerous recognitions including President's Club 2016 – 2021 and Chairman’s Circle in 2020.

Now, with his counterpart Davidson, he will take on the new challenge of operating his own branch to better serve his client base. As a branch production manager, Tate will be responsible for driving loan origination and processing efficiency for his branch to deliver an unparalleled customer service experience.

“As an experienced loan originator, I know the importance of surrounding yourself with people who are just as passionate about your business as you are. I'm excited to build a team of professionals who are ready to provide our customers with a positive lending experience from application to closing,” said Tate.

Davidson entered the mortgage industry in 2018 after working as a sales consultant for a new home builder in the Houston area. Davidson is a U.S. Army veteran, serving for a decade, and still currently serves in the Army Reserves. As a service member with much of his business stemming from veterans, he has become an expert in Veterans Affairs (VA) loans and enjoys helping them use their benefits with ease. As a branch production manager, Davidson is looking forward to helping more past and present service members become homeowners and making the home buying process as easy and worry-free as possible for all his clients, according to Revolution Mortgage.

“After several years in the mortgage business, I have decided that opening my own branch will allow me to assist more clients and give me the opportunity to build something that is meaningful. By having full control over the lending process, I will be able to ensure customers are receiving the service and attention they deserve which is crucial in today's competitive market,” said Davidson.

Tate and Davidson set a goal of helping 200 clients become homeowners in 2022. Their plans include expanding their branch operation by adding key hires they can train and teach how to find their own success in the business and building brand recognition in the local market.
