Rithm Capital has completed NRMLT 2025-NQM4, a $482.6 million securitization backed by 931 Non-QM residential mortgage loans serviced by its subsidiary Newrez LLC

The pool features an average credit score of 752 and 70% LTV, with both fully amortizing and interest-only fixed-rate loans, according to Rithm.

“This transaction underscores the depth and breadth of our capabilities and access to scalable, high-quality Non-QM assets,” stated Sanjeev Khanna, managing director at Rithm Capital. “We remain focused on leveraging our sourcing channels to deliver compelling opportunities for our investors across various market conditions.”

This marks Rithm’s fourth Non-QM deal in 2025 and adds to its total $8.2 billion in Non-QM issuance across 24 transactions, reinforcing its position as a leading issuer in the space.

Nomura led the deal structuring, with major banks including Barclays, BMO, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo as joint bookrunners.
