
Ross Mortgage Corporation's president, Tim Pascarella, announced three leadership promotions within the company.
The Ross Mortgage leadership promotions include Sheri Crump who will be taking on a new role as chief operating officer, Nancy Aupperle who will have an elevated role as executive vice president of branch growth and retention, and Ericka Staton will take on the new role as the executive vice president of marketing.
“These leaders have all continued to excel in their roles and responsibilities to assist Ross Mortgage in achieving aggressive growth and expansion goals,” said Pascarella.

As chief operating officer, Crump will be expanding upon her responsibilities to increase efficiencies and decrease expenses by continually evaluating Ross Mortgage’s systems and process flows. She will also oversee and support the operations team while working closely with departments companywide to maintain quality control.

Aupperle is being promoted to executive vice president of branch growth and retention. She will elevate her responsibilities as the branch liaison for 10 Ross Mortgage branch locations, as well as continue to manage corporate growth initiatives as a member of the executive team.

Staton steps into the role of executive vice president of marketing after 18 years with Ross Mortgage. In her elevated seat, Staton will be working on strategic brand management at an executive level by supporting loan officers and branch managers with everything they need to serve customers from marketing materials, messaging, social media support, and more, according to the company.
