SingleSource Names Holly Wilson SVP Of Operations
The 25-year mortgage veteran joins from Freedom Mortgage and will oversee operations
SingleSource Property Solutions has named 25-year mortgage industry veteran Holly Wilson senior vice president of operations, adding a former Freedom Mortgage executive to its leadership team.
Wilson will lead the Canonsburg, Pennsylvania-based company's operations leadership team and work across sales, finance, technology, and client service. She will also oversee budget accountability across SingleSource's business lines, with a focus on service-level agreement compliance, turnaround times and process improvements.
SingleSource provides property valuation, title and settlement, field services, REO asset management, and document management services to mortgage lenders, servicers, banks, credit unions, and other financial services companies.
“Holly brings a clear vision for how we’ll continue to grow, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to our team,” SingleSource CEO Brian Cullen said. “She has built her career building and leading high-performing operations teams, managing vendor and operational functions, and rolling out new technology solutions.”
Wilson most recently held several leadership positions at Freedom Mortgage, including director of IT product management. In that role, she worked on technology designed to improve processes across the company's retail, wholesale, and correspondent channels.
She also led title and appraisal operations for Freedom Mortgage's retail call center and support teams within its wholesale operations, according to SingleSource. Earlier in her career, Wilson managed vendor relationships and served in a closing leadership role at Title Resource Group.
“My goal is to make sure every client commitment is met, every dollar is managed with discipline, and every part of our operation is built to support the company’s growth,” Wilson said.
The appointment comes as SingleSource has been building out its leadership team and investing in its mortgage technology and valuation operations. In July, the company named Noah Meier chief appraiser, bringing in the former Xome and ServiceLink executive to expand its valuation services and strengthen quality assurance.
SingleSource has also been preparing lenders and originators for changes in appraisal reporting. Earlier this year, SingleSource's Dan Figurski spoke with NMP about the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report and UAD 3.6, including the operational and technology changes lenders face as the industry moves to the new appraisal framework.
Founded in 2000, SingleSource says its services span the loan origination and servicing lifecycle. The company is headquartered near Pittsburgh.
