The former AAFMAA Mortgage Services marketing chief joins weeks after TRG appointed its first chief technology officer

Title Resources Group (TRG) has appointed Robert Greenbaum, executive vice president, to lead its customer experience efforts, adding a veteran of mortgage marketing, sales, and customer acquisition to its leadership team.

The title insurance underwriter announced the appointment Oct. 19. Greenbaum most recently served as chief marketing officer for AAFMAA Mortgage Services, where he led marketing and sales strategies.

“Rob brings extensive experience connecting sales, marketing, technology, and customer insights to create meaningful customer experiences,” TRG CEO Kevin Wall said. “His strategic perspective and customer-focused approach will help us deepen relationships, better understand and respond to customer needs, and deliver greater value across the customer experience.”

Greenbaum brings more than 30 years of experience across marketing, sales, business strategy, and communications, including leadership positions at Folio Investing, Fannie Mae, Mr. Cooper, and NationsCredit, according to TRG.

His previous responsibilities have included customer acquisition and retention, business development, branding, digital strategy, training, and sales. TRG also credited him with building marketing and sales organizations and launching products and brands.

The appointment follows TRG’s September hiring of Brian Ruzycki as its first chief technology officer. Ruzycki joined from MAXEX to lead the company’s technology organization. Together, the appointments suggest TRG is strengthening executive oversight of both the systems supporting its business and the relationships that drive customer growth and retention.

Both hires follow Wall’s arrival as CEO in July 2025. At the time, Wall emphasized innovation, customer service, and partnerships with agents and lenders — priorities reflected in the two new leadership roles.

TRG provides underwriting services through a network of independent title insurance agents and affiliate partners, including Anywhere Real Estate, HomeServices of America, Lennar, and Opendoor Technologies, according to the company.

“I'm excited to join TRG and look forward to developing strategies that connect more customers with the value and expertise TRG provides,” Greenbaum said.

Greenbaum holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.
