Homeownership Preservation Foundation, which will help the
foundation continue to expand its homeowner services, including its
free foreclosure prevention hotline, (888) 995-HOPE.
In addition, Countrywide Financial Corporation's executive
managing director, Sandor E. Samuels, has been appointed to serve
on the foundation's board of directors.
