Encomia makes available electronic disclosures and signaturesMortgagePress.comElectronic mortgage document software Encomia has announced the release of eDisclosures, an electronic disclosure system, and eSign 1003, an electronic signature service. Encomia's eDisclosures will enable brokers and lenders to create electronic document packages in their loan origination systems and post them online for signing in SMART Doc format.
