With over 20 years in the mortgage industry, David has extensive experience in all aspects of mortgage lending. David comes to Prime Equity from First Horizon Wholesale, where he was an award winning Regional Account Executive for their Construction division. Prior to that, David developed the mortgage division for DL Evans Bank and served as the Vice President of the Mortgage Division. While at DL Evans, they achieved number one market share in the Magic Valley with increasingly strong growth in the Treasure Valley. David spent many years in the Magic Valley, and was an associate member of the Board of Realtors in Cassia, Twin Falls and Gooding County. He also has volunteered and has been an instructor for the Finally Home first time homebuyer program. A graduate of the University of Idaho, David has also completed the distinguished School of Mortgage Banking program offered by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
