Iwayloan LP expands and moves into new headquarters

Sep 20, 2010

Iwayloan LP has announced that it has moved its company headquarters. The new office contains 13,620-sq. ft., and was designed specifically for Iwayloan, located at at 8584 Katy Freeway, Suite 200, in Houston, Texas. “We had an outstanding design team. Our architects worked extensively with our executives and operational managers to develop an office that is both a pleasant environment and maximizes functionality” said Managing Director Larry Lobb. “As we grow our business nationally, we want to do all we can to improve our process, and we believe we have accomplished that. We were very specific to design for the needs of our branch offices.” All loan origination and executive departments will be located at the new facility. “I could not be more pleased” said National Production Manager Jonathan Fowler. “Iwayloan has always been service oriented, and our new office enhances our capabilities. Plus, it’s just a great place to go every day.” The building complex offers outdoor, tree-covered break and eating areas, renovated common areas, and a four-story parking garage for employees. Physical security was a primary consideration, and the office was designed with multiple layers of key card access limitations, with continuous monitoring, and video surveillance. The company worked with the building owner to install a climate control system that is computer monitored and can be adjusted for individual offices or areas. The building also offers a separate state-of-the-art training facility where the company will conduct manager and employee training. “We want to bring everyone to the main office. It’s important that our team members in the branch offices know who we are and what we do. We have a positive company culture and attitude, and we want to promote it” said Lobb.
