Byte Software Enhances LOS Integration With MRG

Oct 25, 2010

Byte Software, a provider of mortgage software solutions for banks, credit unions and mortgage brokers, has announced it has enhanced its integration with Dallas-based MRG Document Technologies (MRG) in the upcoming BytePro 5.0 release. MRG is a provider of mortgage document preparation software and compliance technology to lenders nationwide. Through the partnership with Byte Software, mutual customers benefit from a streamlined loan origination process with an enhanced, refreshed MRG interface. BytePro users have one-click access to MRG’s regulatory compliant disclosures and closing packages, as well as links to MRG’s Web site and updates on state-specific regulatory changes. “MRG leads advances in technology and compliance support that develop through industry partnerships,” said Kathleen Mantych, senior marketing director with MRG. “With an ever-changing regulatory pipeline, compliance processes can change from month-to-month. We are excited about our expanded integration within BytePro to maintain compliant mortgage documents for our mutual customers and look forward to a continuation of our long-term partnership with Byte Software.” Byte Software’s new version 5.0 will focus on mortgage banking features, with support for the back office: underwriting, secondary marketing, closing, funding and shipping. In addition, version 5.0 contains additional interfaces, new automation features and enhanced document management capabilities. “We strive to provide our customers with the tools needed to adapt and grow in this challenging lending environment,” said Joe Herb, general manager of Byte Software. “Byte Software provides its customers with a leading LOS designed to make the tasks of pre-qualifying, origination, processing and closing accurate and fast. By tightening the integration with MRG’s document preparation system, lenders can further automate their compliance initiatives and spend more time increasing loan volume.” For more information, visit www.bytesoftware.com or www.mrgdocs.com.
