MRG to Provide Compliant Mortgage Docs to MDI Mortgage Bankers

Jun 15, 2011

MRG Document Technologies (MRG), a provider of mortgage document preparation software and compliance technology to banks, credit unions and other lenders nationwide, has been selected by Houston, Texas-based MDI Mortgage Bankers for the creation of loan disclosures and closing packages through its Miracle Online web-based technology. MDI Mortgage Bankers now utilizes MRG for all of its Texas draws. The lender was seeking a document preparation provider that could decrease turnaround times from the six to eight hours it experienced with its previous provider. The automated transfer of data between the LOS and MRG guarantees MDI Texas document packages within two hours. “It was unacceptable for us to have to wait a full business day for closing packages,” said Russell Lewandowski, closing manager for MDI Mortgage Bankers. “Through MRG’s guaranteed compliance and seamless integration with our LOS, we quickly have document packages back to our borrowers. We can easily reach MRG for not only technical support, but guidance on compliance issues and with an intuitive, easy-to-use platform, document compliance is automated and no longer a burden.” “Lenders such as MDI Mortgage Bankers have to keep up with the ever-changing regulations at both federal and state levels,” said Kathleen Mantych, senior marketing director with MRG Document Technologies . “With MRG, loan documents reflect regulatory changes in real time and are delivered quickly, allowing the lender to focus its efforts on providing borrowers with exceptional service.”
