Radian Guaranty Inc., the mortgage insurance (MI) subsidiary of Radian Group Inc., announced a direct integration with Ellie Mae’s Encompass360, an end-to-end mortgage management solution. “We are pleased to expand our partnership with Ellie Mae by offering Radian MI directly through their Encompass360 platform,” said Brien McMahon, chief franchise officer at Radian. “Many of our current and prospective lenders are using Encompass360 as their loan origination system, so this integration should simplify their process and save them valuable time and money.”
As a part of this integration, mortgage lenders utilizing Encompass360 as their loan origination system can now order Radian MI directly as a part of one fluid ordering process. This is an enhancement to the existing partnership between Ellie Mae and Radian, since customers have been able to get an MI rate quote from Radian for the past three years.
