Timios Launches Mobile GFE Calculator App

Jul 11, 2013

Timios National Corporation (TNC) has released a fully-compliant, guaranteed Good Faith Estimate (GFE) calculator application for various mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads and Android devices. The application, available by searching “Timios Closing Costs” within either the Apple iTunes store or within Google Play, allows the user to instantly receive a guaranteed GFE. The GFE includes non-lender closing costs, title insurance, escrow fees and any applicable government fees. The fees are not an estimate, and reflect actual costs using Timios’ proprietary systems. The application allows users to instantly place an order and emails the quote directly if requested. The pricing is free to everyone, guaranteed by Timios, and not subject to change according to the terms entered in the calculator. In addition, the application provides existing clients with their specific, negotiated pricing. “Our customers are excited that our new application makes our industry leading online GFE calculator available via their mobile devices, for anyone, at any time," said Norman Gottschalk III, CTO of TNC. "This application represents our initial release in delivering to consumers and our clients the ability to execute real estate transactions via their mobile devices.”
