Essent Partners With Mortgage Builder

Essent Guaranty Inc. and Mortgage Builder Software Inc. have announced the availability of Essent MI through Architect, Mortgage Builder's loan origination solution. Mortgage Builder offers a comprehensive lender platform which also enables lenders to access Essent MI coverage, including having the option of receiving an Essent rate quote or a commitment by completing a simple form and submitting to Essent–all through one screen. "Mortgage Builder's Architect platform is another benefit for our lenders and increases the ease of doing business with Essent," said Bill Kaiser, Essent's chief operations officer. "Our customers will benefit from Mortgage Builder's easy and intuitive work flow, whether they are ordering MI, verifying MI loan eligibility, or pricing a loan." "Mortgage Builder is excited to offer Essent as a mortgage insurance option to our clients," said Keven Smith, president and CEO of Mortgage Builder. "We strive to offer our clients as many options as we can as they serve their borrowers' needs, including those families requiring the help of mortgage insurers like Essent to make home ownership a reality."
