EMC2 Data has announced that it has enhanced its Cloud Real Estate Network (CRN) with a new Realtor Originator Integration (ROI) platform. This additional capability allows CRN members to improve their marketing efforts and increase referrals in order to build a strong return on investment. In addition, unique reporting capabilities have been integrated into CRN to provide status updates to realtors throughout the process.
The addition of the ROI program to EMC2 Data’s CRN offers users many benefits, including:
►Administration software to track updates and manage communication to better loan
originator’s relationship with real estate agents;
►E-mail marketing campaign capabilities (drip, direct or other customized campaigns);
►Tracking reports fully managed by realtors to reflect the quality and current status of action
►Property analysis program for all of the users loan originators;
►Custom Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) reports; and
►Co-branding CMA reports.
