Aug 05, 2014

Mortgage Returns announced First United Bank has selected the company’s Relationship Manager CRM solution to manage its marketing campaigns and reporting and analysis capabilities. First United Bank, a financial institution with over 30 locations in Oklahoma and Texas, chose Mortgage Returns’ Relationship Manager CRM system for its detailed, customizable catalogue of marketing collateral in addition to its ease of use in implementing the financial institution’s brand materials. “After using the Mortgage Returns’ Relationship Manager CRM at different financial institutions, I knew that the system would be a perfect fit for First United Bank,” said Lisa Buelow, mortgage marketing manager at First United Bank. “Mortgage Returns is a proven resource for a growing business, and we are eager to see how its sophisticated marketing and analytics functions can help us enhance the relationships with our customers.” Mortgage Returns also provides First United Bank with innovative reporting capabilities so that branches may track the effectiveness of their customer, prospect and referral partner marketing campaigns. “First United Bank is a prime example of how a bank can utilize our one-to-one marketing functions and reporting features to enhance their interactions with their clients,” said Jim Blatt, CEO of Mortgage Returns.
