Black Knight Financial Releases New Lead Management and CRM Solution

Oct 19, 2014

Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS) has announced the launch of SalesEdge, a Web-based solution that integrates both lead management and customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities within one complete solution. Mortgage lenders have the option to deploy either the lead management or CRM functionality, or both, depending on the business need. SalesEdge improves sales efficiency, reveals new sales opportunities, allows for quicker response times and provides the ability to convert inquiries into applications.

SalesEdge's lead management capabilities help lenders manage high volumes of incoming leads from various online and direct marketing efforts. Using the solution's configurable workflow and rules engine, lenders can control how leads are distributed and assigned. With SalesEdge's CRM functionality, lenders can develop and manage their long-term referral sources, classify partners by productivity levels or business type, and monitor the status of any referred lead. SalesEdge can also create and schedule marketing campaigns.

SalesEdge offers robust capabilities to automate lead assignments, as well as redistribute leads. A management dashboard is available to view key performance metrics, activities and status reports to view both lead source and loan officer performance.

"SalesEdge is an innovative industry solution designed to provide the tools for lenders to manage and convert more leads," said Jerry Halbrook, president of the Black Knight Origination Technologies division. "Designed for mortgage lenders, SalesEdge helps improve sales efficiency for increased productivity and allows for quicker customer contact when new sales opportunities present themselves."
