Jun 01, 2015

LoanLogics has announced the hiring of Catherine Doherty as vice president of human resources.

“Cathy is already demonstrating that she is the perfect person to take our human resources program to the next level. She will be implementing programs that quickly engage new employees in the culture of the organization and energize current employees around the goals LoanLogics seeks to attain as the company grows,” said Brian K. Fitzpatrick, president and chief executive officer of LoanLogics. “Cathy will nurture our entrepreneurial culture and elevate the awareness of LoanLogics as one of the area’s and industry’s best places to work.”

As vice president of human resources, Doherty will be responsible for planning, designing and executing human resources programs and services that are aligned with LoanLogics’ business strategies, commitment to customer success and relationship with our business partners. She will promote a culture of high performance, growth, compliance and sustainability.

In addition, Doherty will lead the company’s strategic recruitment, selection plan and onboarding process. She will also oversee the administration of benefit programs, including evaluating and recommending improvements to the benefit programs LoanLogics offers.

Prior to joining LoanLogics, she served as chief talent and culture officer for Philabundance, a hunger relief organization, where she developed and implemented programs that increased employee productivity and engagement. Doherty shaped the organization’s talent management vision during an 18-month strategic planning process and ensured executives integrated human resource strategies into the decisions they made. She created and implemented plans that helped establish a values-driven culture of collaboration, appreciation, and impact on the community.

Doherty also worked for TRG, now IBEX Global, as Chief People Officer and Deputy General Counsel, working closely with the CEO and the board to align human resources strategy with the corporate vision. She redesigned the new hire orientation process and created an online employee handbook and paperless benefits enrollment process that reduced costs. Doherty developed an exit interview and continuous feedback program to gather information and significantly reduce attrition.
