LoanLogics has announced that Leah Fox has assumed the role of executive vice president of technology and services delivery.

“Leah has excelled in her current role leading Customer Success, and I am certain that she will demonstrate the same level of excellence in her leadership in this expanded role and in the expansion of our Continuous Process Improvement Initiative,” said Brian K. Fitzpatrick, president and chief executive officer of LoanLogics. “We have always had a corporate culture in which employees can identify ways to increase efficiencies and streamline Services Delivery to improve customer satisfaction and help our clients improve their own competitive advantage. This campaign is a critical step in the advancement of our commitment to this goal as we continue to significantly grow our business.”

The campaign provides focus, expands Continuous Process Improvement efforts and reinforces LoanLogics’ culture of Operational Excellence throughout the services delivery organization.

Fox will be responsible for all Services Delivery at LoanLogics, including Application Development, Technology Services, Customer Success and Software Quality Assurance. This initiative will require Fox to work directly with the rest of the executive team to ensure collaboration, enable effective communication and maximize the quality of the delivery of services and technology to our customers.

Prior to joining LoanLogics in 2014, Fox served as head of Solution Delivery Services for eBay Enterprise with responsibility for project management, business analysis, technical sales support and training. She led cross-functional initiatives that involved e-commerce operations such as merchandising, analysis, usability, customer service, fulfillment, technology and online marketing.
