Exceleras Announces Software Update

Nov 17, 2017
Exceleras has announced that the company has added a new Pre-REO screen to DispoSolutions to aid investors and services in making better presale decisions as part of the company's regularly scheduled software update

Exceleras, creator of the DispoSolutions Real Estate Owned (REO), ValueSolutions Collateral Valuation and ClearView Offer Management platforms, has announced that the company has released another regular software update. This time, software engineers and UX experts at Exceleras improved a number of security protocols that both streamline workflow and protect both asset managers and buyers from mistakes or data loss.

"Keeping today's enterprise software safe and secure is an ongoing task that every developer must take very seriously," said Amy Bergseth, Chief Operating Officer for Exceleras. "I'm proud of this update and the improved functionality we now offer our users. Some of these changes were requested by users but most, at least in this update, are part of our ongoing process to provide the best and most secure software available anywhere."

Exceleras has added new notifications to guide users away from requesting a Buyer's Contract without the completion of all prerequisites. In addition, new safety measures have been added to ensure Agent profiles are not marked as complete if there is an interruption uploading License & Insurance documents and improved password management procedures have been added for Closing Companies.

"Our users trust us to provide a safe and secure platform for conducting their important business," said Exceleras President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Harris. "Given the highly publicized data breaches that everyone has been reading about, software users need to know that the developers they are depending upon take safety and security seriously. We certainly do and this latest update is more proof of that."
