Lance Culp Named Branch Manager of Castle & Cooke’s New North Indianapolis Branch

Castle & Cooke Mortgage LLC has expanded its footprint in Indiana, with the opening of its North Indianapolis branch, to be led by area local and Branch Manager Lance Culp, who has 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

“Indianapolis is thriving with a pro-growth business environment that creates jobs, a strong housing market and improved job growth,” said Glenn Hodge, Regional Manager for Castle & Cooke Mortgage. “Extending our coverage to North Indianapolis reflects our commitment to best serve the region’s homebuyers in this competitive landscape, and we are pleased to have Lance spearheading this new opportunity.”

Prior to joining Castle & Cooke Mortgage, Culp was a loan officer for Stonegate Mortgage.

“I have lived in the Indianapolis area for many years, and my role as a branch manager is an extension of my commitment to this region,” said Culp. “I look forward to sharing Castle & Cooke Mortgage’s standard of excellence with my community as we work together to help individuals achieve the American dream, one loan at a time.”
