Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions has announced the addition of four new Account Executives to help brokers grow their business, including: Alonzo Johnson in Los Angeles; Tom Self in Seattle; Jared Warlick in Fort Myers, Fla.; and Oscar Ungo on the inside sale

Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions has announced the addition of four new Account Executives to help brokers grow their business, including: Alonzo Johnson in Los Angeles; Tom Self in Seattle; Jared Warlick in Fort Myers, Fla.; and Oscar Ungo on the inside sales team.

“With each month, we are finding more brokers looking to expand their product offering to include non-agency,” said Tom Hutchens, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Angel Oak. “We’re looking forward to seeing what this new group of AEs can do to help educate brokers and correspondents on the value of working with the leader in the non-agency space.”

Johnson commented, “I wanted the opportunity to be a part of a team whose can-do attitude permeates the non-QM space and elicits appreciation from our clients.”

Self said, “I wanted my Loan Officers and Broker/Owners to get the best service the non-QM space has to offer, with the fastest turn times. I feel so fortunate coming from a startup for I’ve seen first-hand how hard the non-agency space is to make click efficiently. Angel Oak is doing all the right things from an operations standpoint. This is why we are the leader in non-QM wholesale lending!”

Warlick joined Angel Oak because “non-QM is and always will be a much needed source of lending to the public. Just because a person doesn’t fit agency or bank guidelines doesn’t mean they are not a good paying borrower. And I wanted to work with someone at the forefront of that space.”

Ungo “finds the joy in the life of others and helping them become more successful and at Angel Oak I get to do just that.”

The announcement of Angel Oak’s new additions comes just weeks after the company opened a new operations center in Las Colinas, Texas, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, a facility that will replicate the functions of Angel Oak’s headquarters in Atlanta.
