TMS Adds Two to Grow Its Correspondent Lending Division

May 16, 2018
TMS has announced that it recently acquired its first eNote

TMS has announced the hiring of DJ Ziggas and Corinne Shanahan in leadership roles to continue the expansion of its Correspondent Lending Division. Ziggas joins TMS as Senior Vice President of Correspondent Lending, leading the company’s East Division. He brings a great track record having formerly served in senior roles at Pacific Union Financial, JPMorgan Chase and Citi. Shanahan joins Ziggas as Senior Vice President of Correspondent Sales at TMS. She was previously a Vice President of Regional Sales at Pacific Union Financial and JP Morgan Chase.

“I’m thrilled to join the TMS team,” said Ziggas. “This is such an exciting time at the company, as we are uniquely positioned to change the game in the industry. When everyone thinks about the correspondent business as a commodity, we view it as building long-term relationships with clients and homeowners.”

TMS continues to grow as just last month, TMS introduced a new mobile application, TMS Happinest Mobile.

“DJ and Corrine are great additions to our team,” said Ali Vafai, President of TMS. “Their leadership builds on our high-performing team and allows us to continue to grow and reach our goal to become a top five player in the correspondent space.”
