House Buyers of America Debuts Home Selling Site

House Buyers of America Inc., a real estate investment company based in Chantilly, Va., has launched the Web site, HouseBuyersOfAmerica.com, for buyers and sellers in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., metro areas.

According to the company, homeowners looking to sell their homes can enter their address and a few details on the property and receive a quote within a few minutes during normal business hours. After House Buyers of America gives an offer to the homeowner, a real estate consultant connected with the company visits the homeowners to outline the closing process and a settlement coordinator is assigned to ensure sellers get their money in a few days.

"House Buyers of America is investing heavily in developing our real estate technology platform. Our innovative and cutting-edge website is another step in that process," said House Buyers of America Chief Executive Officer Nick Ron.
