MLO Josh Westmark Joins Bay Equity Home Loans

Bay Equity Loan Officer Mona Edick has been recognized by Minnesota Housing as a Top Producer at the Platinum Level for 2018

Bay Equity Home Loans has added 25-plus-year industry vet Mortgage Loan Originator Josh Westmark and his team to its Federal Way branch in the Puget Sound region of Washington State.
 
“My outlook on real estate in the Puget Sound is very optimistic. I envision employment staying strong and inventory improving,” Westmark said. “Now is a very important time to position ourselves with the top-producing (real estate) agent teams in our market, which we are doing on a daily basis.”
 
Federal Way Area Sales Manager Jeff Taylor said, “We are very excited to have him join the Bay family and looking forward to see the impact he will have in the Federal Way branch.”
