LenderClose Adds Five New Associates

Jan 18, 2019
LenderClose has announced the addition of Andrew Deignan as director of operations

LenderClose has announced the addition of five associates to its growing team: Cliff Hill as Senior Engineer, alongside four new Sales Development Representatives, Tor Gach, Christen Jones, Sean Kastli and Benjamin Proffitt. In 2018, the firm’s leadership announced a growth investment intended to finance the addition of at least 25 employees by the end of 2019. This new set of employees rounds out 10 associates added to the team in the last 30 days.

Hill has more than 15 years of software development experience. He comes to LenderClose from Greenville, S.C.-based Benefits in a Card, where he served as Director of Information Technology and led the production, testing and development of the company’s flagship product, Benefits Wizard. Hill will report to LenderClose Director of Technology Dan Davis.

Gach joins LenderClose from Express Logistics in West Des Moines, Iowa, where he served as Inside Sales Representative. Gach has a wealth of business development and strategic planning experience and has held lead generation and account management positions at several client-centric companies throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining LenderClose, Jones was a Logistics Account Executive for Total Quality Logistics in Troy, Mich., where she further developed the company’s sales pipeline and nurtured relationships with existing customers. Jones also has worked as Inbound Sales Specialist II for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, providing her the background necessary to assist the growth-oriented lending teams served by LenderClose.

Also new to the team, Kastli comes to LenderClose from Image Sport Inc. in Waukee, Iowa, where he served as a leader in the sales team for more than 20 years. There, Kastli was instrumental to developing client relationships across 24 U.S. states, as well as building, supervising and incentivizing the company’s sales team.

A fourth new sales associate, Proffitt, has extensive experience in credit union leadership. Over 17 years, he held four different positions within Community Choice Credit Union in Des Moines, Iowa. Proffitt started with the financial cooperative as a Member Service Representative in 2001, and then transitioned into the Lending Department as a Loan Processor. In 2007, he joined the business development and marketing team where he helped establish new Selected Employee Group (SEG) memberships for the credit union. Proffitt further added to his credit union experience by becoming a Digital Consumer Loan Officer.
