NAMB’s All-In Named One of PROGRESS in Lending's Top Innovations
Calyx Software and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) have announced that NAMB All-In, the trade association’s new cloud-based platform, was named one of PROGRESS in Lending's Top Innovations of 2019.
This year’s PROGRESS in Lending's Innovations Awards recognized nine innovations introduced into the market between January 2018 to December 2018 that truly changed the mortgage market for the better. Applications were scored on a weighted scale based on the innovation's overall industry significance, originality, positive change, intangible efficiencies, hard cost and time savings.
NAMB All-In was selected because it provides mortgage professionals with the three essential components they need to conduct business: An easy-to-use point-of-sale solution (POS), an intuitive loan origination system (LOS), and single point of access to premier wholesale lenders via the Calyx Wholesaler MarketPlace. This feature allows Brokers to connect with multiple wholesalers via a central portal. Brokers can easily transfer loan files to wholesalers participating in NAMB All-In or export 3.2 files to any wholesaler not in the network.
“We're honored to receive this award from PROGRESS in Lending because it recognizes how innovative our new NAMB All-In platform is,” said Richard Bettencourt, NAMB President. “What makes NAMB All-In unique is that it enables brokers to not only run their businesses efficiently and effectively, but also seamlessly work with any wholesale lenders they choose—and, best of all, it’s available for free to NAMB members.”
Bob Dougherty, Executive Vice President of Business Development at Calyx, said, “Cloud-based NAMB All-In is designed to simplify and accelerate the mortgage origination process for brokers, their borrowers and wholesalers. Winning one of PROGRESS in Lending’s Innovations Awards, just two months after NAMB All-In launched, speaks volumes about how our solution is already helping mortgage professionals take their businesses to higher levels.”
