The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has announced the addition of Alicia Bailey to its integrated marketing communications team to enhance its member and external communications. Bailey will become NAR’s Director of Creative and Marketing Strategy, and report to Susan Welter, NAR’s Vice President of Creative and Content Strategy.
“Alicia brings nearly 20 years of content, brand and communications experience that will elevate the quality of our marketing and member communications,” said Victoria Gillespie, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of NAR. “She will be integral in ensuring consistent branding and messaging across the organization.”
Bailey joins NAR having worked at some of the biggest and most successful TV shows ever, including “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” HGTV’s “House Hunters,” “Love It or List It” and the Emmy award winning talk show “Steve Harvey.” Throughout her career, she has developed communication strategies aimed at nurturing corporate relationships, created and distributed on-brand content materials and brought conceptual ideas to life through all manner of on-air, print, digital, radio and experiential marketing. Most recently, Bailey served as the creative director for daytime’s “go-to” destination for the best in lifestyle and entertainment TV, “Pickler & Ben.”
“I am excited to take on this new role at NAR and use my wealth of marketing, branding and creative experience to tell compelling stories on behalf of our members and property owners,” said Bailey. “I look forward to further building NAR’s brand, creating value for our members and amplifying our voice in the real estate industry.”
