LBA Ware has announced the launch of LimeGear, a turnkey business intelligence (BI) platform designed to help mortgage lenders leverage their data in a more consistent, insightful and actionable manner.

Utilizing LBA Ware’s proprietary data integration solution, LimeGear will help improve visibility and collaboration between corporate executives, branch managers, loan originators and operations teams. The modular-based platform provides out-of-the-box dashboards and reports to improve the productivity and efficiency of the entire lending organization.

With LimeGear, loan originators can build stronger relationships with referral sources and track which lead sources provide the most return on investment, branch and area managers can zero in on profitability and identify bottlenecks with enhanced reporting that drills-down into the loan- and employee-level details; and leadership can define strategic goals, best practices and expectations then track attainment to easily identify who is doing what and how well.

“LimeGear was engineered and designed specifically for the producers and managers who are closest to the action and strapped for real-time information on their loans and employee performance,” said LBA Ware Founder and CEO Lori Brewer. “Solving the vexing challenges that have lingered in the mortgage industry, wasting lenders’ time for years, is not rocket science—but it requires listening to hundreds of lender requests, which is what we have done while building CompenSafe over the last decade. We built LimeGear to be an off-the-shelf, low maintenance platform that can be rolled out across the organization without expensive user license fees. This makes us very different in the BI space.”
