Appraisal Logistics has announced the launch of Property Vision

Appraisal Logistic Solutions LLC (ALS), an Annapolis, Md.-based provider of appraisal management, technology and compliance solutions for the residential and commercial mortgage industries, has announced the integration of its AIM-Port technology platform with SimpleNexus' digital mortgage platform for loan officers, borrowers and real estate agents.

Appraisal Logistic Solutions LLC (ALS) has announced the integration of its AIM-Port technology platform with SimpleNexus' digital mortgage platform According to the company, the SimpleNexus mobile app will now be able to instantly notify loan officers when key valuation-related actions occur during the loan origination process. Lenders with additional automatic email alerts built into the valuation workflow will also see their alerts pushed to loan officers via the SimpleNexus app. The alerts will include a direct link to the appraisal order in AIM-Port.

"Digital lending has become a mission-critical imperative for our clients, and we are happy to make it easy for originators to access our technology or our AMC service through these digital platforms," said Frank Danna, CEO of Appraisal Logistics. "The SimpleNexus mobile-first digital mortgage platform has become a popular solution for lenders who want to increase loan pull-through, reduce costs and build stronger referral partnerships. AIM-Port is now an integrated and valuable part of that solution."

Ben Miller, president and COO of SimpleNexus, said: "Real-time appraisal status updates, delivered directly via mobile device, keep loan officers connected to the process even when they are away from their desks. This integration allows Appraisal Logistics to provide loan-specific information, including the exact status of the appraisal, within the SimpleNexus platform. We can even deliver a copy of the appraisal when it is ready to view. The result is a more informed loan officer and less work for the appraisal desk."
