Des Moines, Iowa-based fintech startup LenderClose has expanded its team to include two Operations Specialists Crystal Henderson and Melanie Salge, as well as Software Engineer Craig LienHenderson brings more than 10 years of experience in lending and finance to her new role. In previous positions, she earned recognition for consistently exceeding funding goals, quality standards, welcome-call percentages and ranked among her organization’s top five in clearing stipulations.
 
Salge brings more than 10 years of combined experience in mortgage and real estate customer service and management. Prior employers consistently recognized her for service excellence, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences.
 
Lien joins LenderClose from FINASTRA (formerly D+H) Financial Technologies where he served as a senior network engineer. For 20 years, Lien has specialized in architecture design, network management and troubleshooting. He is an expert at resolving complex software issues and improving existing solutions.
