Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) has published a new white paper exploring collateral risk and its potential impact on the home finance industry during the course of this year.
 
Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) has published a new white paper exploring collateral risk and its potential impact on the home finance industry during the course of this yearThe report considers five critical areas for risk mitigation efforts–counterparty risk, financial risk, documentation risk, legal risk and operational risk–as well as the increased threat of collateral risk linked to changes brought about by the transition to digital lending.
 
“This is the kind of thought leadership that our clients need to make better decisions as we enter this new decade,” said John Hillman, CEO of the Palm Harbor, Fla.-based NTC. “I’m very proud of this work and of the bright executives who put it together.”
