Nations Lending Opens New PA Branch, Appoints Branch Manager

Nations Lending is expanding its footprint in the Northeast with the recent opening of a Pennsylvania branch in Huntingdon Valley. The new branch will be led by Steve Umansky, an industry veteran with more than 20 years in the real estate and mortgage lending sectors, for Eastern Pennsylvania and Norther New Jersey.
 
"Steve brings a winning attitude, a track record of sustained success and a real rapport with the clients he serves," said Kathryn Edelen, Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager. "He wants to grow his business, and a lot of producers are finding out right now that Nations Lending is a great place to make that happen."
 
Umansky was recently a senior mortgage banker at American Residential Living, and prior to that, a top producer for Wells Fargo. He specializes in serving first-time home buyers and is a Certified Mortgage Banker for the Mortgage Bankers Association.
 
"I had heard great things about the company before making the move," said Umansky. "And now that I'm here, I see firsthand how much the company invests in technology and marketing to help branch managers like myself grow our businesses. It's exciting."
