Mortgage industry veteran Delane Olin has been named first chief learning officer for
Home Point Financial, where she will be responsible for developing and implementing an organizational learning initiative that supports the company's overall business strategy and growth.

Olin has more than 15 years of experience developing and managing corporate training programs for companies such as Planet Home Lending, Stearns Lending, Caliber Home Loans and Nationstar Mortgage. She has experience in design, development, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of training content that is in alignment with key business strategies and provides demonstrated return on investment.
