First Community Mortgage named three additions to its growing team: Brook Benton, Jason Copeland and Jake McPherson as assistant vice presidents.
Benton brings close to 20 years of experience and was a founding partner and loan officer for BrightPath Mortgage prior to joining CenterState Bank's mortgage unit.

McPherson spent four years with CenterState, first as a full-cycle recruiter, then overseeing an internal origination team and later as an originator. He previously was a national director with a tech management services company.
