First Bank & Trust Company promoted Andy Puckett to SVP and manager of its Mortgage Division, bringing 15 years of banking experience to his new role. 
 
First Bank & Trust Company promoted Andy Puckett to SVP and manager of its Mortgage DivisionPuckett will assume the role of division manager following the retirement of his predecessor, Rick Buchanan. Puckett will continue to grow the real estate lending division of First Bank & Trust Company, while managing a staff of 43 loan originators and support personnel who service the bank's geographic footprint along the I-81 corridor from Johnson City, Tenn. to Winchester, Va.
