Nations Lending added two branches in New Jersey that will be led by Jose Canales and Eric Estevez. Canales will lead the Fairlawn branch office while Estevez will assume the role of branch manager for the Bayonne location.

Canales is a mortgage industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in loan origination and branch leadership. Estevez has been originating loans in New Jersey for the past three years, taking notes from his father Esteban, who will assume the role of sales manager for the Bayonne branch.

Both Canales and Estevez specialize in working with first-time buyers and also focus on renovation loans, according to a press release.

Nations Lending is continuing to expand, following its recent expansion into Massachusetts.
