Motto Mortgage's Motto Mortgage Black Gold is now open in Gillette, Wyoming and serving all markets throughout the state.

Motto Mortgage Black Gold is a full-service boutique mortgage brokerage, established by Luke and Spring Wilkins, who have more than 16 years of experience in banking and finance in Gillette, according to a press release.

"We provide the scope, scale and support of a large retail lender while offering the flexibility, autonomy and exceptional service of a local mortgage broker," said Luke Wilkins.

Motto Mortgage Black Gold is open for business at 409 W. 2nd St, Suite 110. The brokerage can customize a borrower's experience to work with them in person or virtually. According to the company, it understands the current environment brings challenges for some to physically visit the office. A digital mortgage experience is available for borrowers who would prefer to conduct business remotely.

Luke Wilkins will serve as the broker and mortgage loan originator for the office. Wilkins has more than 16 years of banking and financial experience. Spring Wilkins has been heavily involved throughout the community over the years and she will serve as an office manager.

Each Motto Mortgage franchise is independently owned, operated, and licensed.
