Guild Mortgage expanded in the Midwest with two offices in Ohio. The company opened branches in Columbus and Dayton, its first locations in the state.

Guild’s Columbus office is led by branch manager Aric French. French has been serving the central Ohio homebuyers for more than eight years. His team includes sales manager Todd Sindergard, loan officers Yanjana Adhikari and Benjami Khan and originating loan officer assistant Dalton Summers.

"Aric and the team helped more than 500 families achieve the dream of homeownership last year, demonstrating the strong relationships and trust they have in the community," said Eric Weiss, regional vice president with Guild who oversees the Columbus branch.

The Columbus branch is located on the north side of the city at 8720 Orion Place, Suite 300, off I-71 and Ikea Way.

Guild’s new Dayton location is led by branch manager Nick Angelo and loan officer Justin Williams. Angelo has four years of mortgage lending experience and specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, members of the military, investors and real estate agents in western Ohio. He is a CERTIFIED MORTGAGE ADVISOR 1 and was recognized as a Five Star Professional "Rising Star" in Columbus and Cincinnati for 2021. Angelo is licensed to do business in Indiana, Kentucky, Florida and Tennessee, in addition to Ohio.

"Ohio is one of the more affordable real estate markets in the country and provides great options for first-time homebuyers or those looking to purchase their next home," said Shayla Gifford, a district manager with Guild overseeing the Dayton branch. "Nick is very knowledgeable about the mortgage process, and with Guild’s loan programs and technology at his disposal, he’ll be able to serve more customers in the greater Dayton area."

Guild’s Dayton branch is at 1458 Yankee Park Place Suite A in Dayton, off I-675 and Lyons Road.
