Chase Correspondent Lending Names New Director Of Client Management

Photo of Bhavesh PatelBhavesh Patel was named director of client management for Chase Correspondent Lending located in Houston, Texas. In his role, Patel will lead the client management organization, focusing on improving the client experience, delivering the full value of JPMorgan Chase to the Correspondent client base, and driving future growth for the business, according to a press release.

Prior to joining Correspondent Lending, Patel was managing director on the Corporate Client Banking Mortgage Finance team in the Commercial Bank. He covered non-bank mortgage originators, mortgage REITs and mortgage servicers throughout the nation. Patel was responsible for delivering Credit, Treasury Services, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Home Lending solutions to his clients.

Prior to joining the Commercial Bank in July 2010, he spent seven years working in the Corporate & Investment Bank on the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance team. He focused on originating, structuring and executing syndicated loans and credit facilities with a concentration on real estate companies.

Patel joined the firm in 2003 as an analyst for the Corporate and Investment Bank and has spent his entire career with JPMorgan Chase. He is a thought leader on diversity and inclusion and is a member of the Firm’s Asian Executive Forum and the AsPIRE Business Resource Group.

He also participated in JPMorgan Chase’s Service Corps Program in May 2017 where he was deployed to Detroit, MI to help a nonprofit partner expand its impact on the local community.
