Aclara Lending will offer its luxury clients a diverse selection of loan products, sourced from 140 different wholesalers.

The Agency recently partnered with Barrett Financial Group to launch Aclara Lending, a national mortgage company offering comprehensive lending services to The Agency's clientele across 49 states.

The joint venture will provide a diverse range of mortgage products from over 140 wholesale lenders, including traditional programs, jumbo, super-jumbo, and Non-QM options.

"This partnership marks a pivotal moment in our journey, bringing together a comprehensive suite of mortgage solutions with a strong focus on agent empowerment," said Burke Smith, Executive Vice President of Affiliated Businesses at The Agency.

Aclara’s tech platform features a One-Click Automated Underwriting System, allowing loan originators to instantly compare Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Product Advisor (LPA), streamlining the process of selecting the optimal mortgage solution. The platform also includes Doc-Less technology, e-sign capabilities for secure income and asset verification, and a single credit pull option for soft credit checks, offering pre-qualification without triggering credit solicitations. Dedicated account executives from each lending partner ensure tailored solutions for clients.

"This represents a new era in real estate and mortgage services," said Trevor Barrett, Founder and President of Barrett Financial Group. "Together, we're setting a new standard for luxury home buying by providing clients with not only tailored lending solutions but also a seamless, integrated experience that supports their entire journey—from the initial search to closing the deal."

Aclara Lending debuts in Southern California, with plans for expansion, elevating service standards in the luxury real estate market by combining mortgage expertise with The Agency’s renowned real estate services. The Agency's Core Services continue to offer clients a full range of support, including relocation, escrow, insurance, and inspection, enhancing the home-buying process.

"This partnership marks a pivotal moment in our journey, bringing together a comprehensive suite of mortgage solutions with a strong focus on agent empowerment," said Burke Smith, Executive Vice President of Affiliated Businesses at The Agency. "We are thrilled to not only enhance the resources available to our agents and clients, but also reinforce our commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry. We're proud to lead the way in offering unmatched support and opportunities for growth to our partners by providing a complete ecosystem of best-in-class settlement services."
