Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions continues to grow based on the overwhelming need for non-QM across the nation.

One of the nation’s largest non-QM lenders, Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions, continues to grow based on the overwhelming need for non-QM across the nation. The company is proud to announce the hiring of six account executives to the Angel Oak family:

Jacob Kennedy - Portland, Oregon
Tiffanie Alavezos - San Diego, California
Timothy Hagood - San Diego, California
Kimberly Allbritton - Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Vanessa Schillt - Raleigh, North Carolina
Grady Cash - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Kennedy joined Angel Oak because of its production of flexible loan options, and he wanted to be a part of a team who are fully committed to helping underserved borrowers. Kennedy explains, “Non- QM is the now of mortgages. After the refinance market shrinks to its minimum, which is around right now, the purchase market will be thriving. For me, having a niche such as non-QM will set me apart from the competition.”

Alavezos is an experienced account executive excited to help her clients with alternative lending. She joined Angel Oak to be a part of our amazing team that has set the standard as the leader in non-QM. “From the moment I found Angel Oak it felt like the perfect fit, the people are welcoming, and everyone strives to be the best that they can for their clients.” Alavezos continued to say, “They exceed in delivering exceptional customer service, and there’s something to be said about that!”

Hagood has over six years of knowledge and experience in the mortgage and wholesale space that includes non-QM. He decided to join Angel Oak because of the alternative non-QM products, and to help clients to obtain loans when traditional lending products don’t fit guidelines. “I love the unique array of bank statement products, and that Angel Oak can get deals done for business owners and investors when traditional banks cannot,” Hagood said.

Allbritton comes to Angel Oak with over 16 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industries. She said she joined Angel Oak because “I love that Angel Oak’s mission as a company is to give opportunities to underserved borrowers, such as the self-employed, achieve the dream of homeownership.”

Schillt joined Angel Oak team because “Angel Oak offers many great products for their clients and has a stellar reputation in non-QM!” Schillt has been in the mortgage business since 2012 and has over six years of experience in working with non-QM products.

Cash came to Angel Oak with 12 years of experience working in the mortgage industry. He said he joined Angel Oak because “Angel Oak is an established lending company with name recognition. They specialize in aggressive loans offerings with stable backing and diversified Capital.”

“Account Executives who work with us know how rewarding it is to work with us,” said Tom Hutchens, executive vice president of production for Angel Oak. “We have seen a tremendous increase in interest in non-QM. We anticipate the growth and success of the company to continue and are adding staff and resources to optimize efficiency in the workplace”.
