Carl Holman Moves To Foundation Mortgage Corporation

Holman was hired as Foundation Mortgage's director of marketing
Foundation Mortgage Corporation, a national wholesale and correspondent non-QM lender, has hired Carl Holman as its new Director of Marketing. Holman has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and will lead the company's marketing strategy, branding, and communication efforts as Foundation Mortgage expands nationally.
Holman previously held marketing leadership roles at A&D Mortgage and Carrington Mortgage Services. At A&D Mortgage, he served as Communications Manager, overseeing marketing strategies that garnered industry recognition. Earlier, as Marketing Manager at Carrington Mortgage Services, Holman led impactful marketing campaigns, including national direct mail programs designed to increase customer engagement and maximize return on investment.
Throughout his career, Holman has specialized in developing innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and customer relations. He also brings considerable expertise in media relations and public relations, areas expected to support Foundation Mortgage’s market presence and reputation.

Holman holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.
