Integration helps lenders manage collateral decisions within existing loan workflows

Clear Capital has integrated its valuation and collateral solutions platform with MeridianLink, a move designed to give lenders more streamlined access to property data and appraisal-related services within their existing loan origination workflow.

The real estate analytics, valuation technology, and data solutions provider announced that the integration enables lenders to securely share data between Clear Capital's solutions and MeridianLink's platform, helping improve quality and efficiency throughout the loan process.

For LOs, the integration means valuation, property inspection, and appraisal review services can be accessed through the systems they already use to originate loans, reducing the need to move between multiple platforms.

Clear Capital offers an end-to-end suite of valuation, property inspection, and appraisal review solutions across the loan lifecycle. The company said its integration capabilities allow lenders to access a range of collateral solutions through a single provider while applying consistent standards across valuations to reduce variability and improve data quality from order through delivery.

"This partnership with MeridianLink expands how lenders can access Clear Capital's collateral solutions within the workflows they rely on every day," said Kenon Chen, executive vice president of strategy and growth at Clear Capital. "Our secure, seamless integration with MeridianLink enables our clients to make more confident collateral decisions with clearer, more complete insights, so they can more efficiently process loans and grow their business. We look forward to a long, successful relationship with MeridianLink."

MeridianLink provides digital lending and account-opening technology for financial institutions, as well as data verification solutions for consumer reporting agencies. Its cloud-based platform is designed to support data-driven lending experiences across the consumer lending lifecycle, while its partner marketplace offers hundreds of integrations.

The addition makes Clear Capital's valuation and collateral solutions available through MeridianLink's partner ecosystem, providing lenders with another option for managing collateral-related processes within a connected technology environment.

From mortgage origination and home equity lending to servicing and capital markets, Clear Capital said its solutions are designed to support customers throughout the collateral lifecycle while helping lenders make more confident collateral decisions and improve workflow efficiency.
