By expanding its suite of mortgage doc products and services, DocuTech is simplifying doc management for lenders, servicers, and investors across the loan lifecycle

Docutech, a provider of document, eSign, eClose, and print fulfillment technology and First American Mortgage Solutions LLC brand, has expanded its suite of mortgage document products and services, simplifying document management for lenders, servicers, and investors across the loan lifecycle. Unifying First American’s broader document management solutions and related services under the Docutech brand will help customers identify, access, and leverage solutions that streamline operations and reduce risk.

“Aligning our document generation, closing, servicing, and default management solution set under Docutech reflects our commitment to supporting the full loan lifecycle and delivering a more seamless experience,” said Todd McGowan, president of First American’s Lender Division.
 

Docutech’s expanded document solutions product suite now includes:
 

  • Loan Document Solutions: Document generation, digital closing, eSign, eVault, eClose, and fulfillment services.
  • Servicing Document Solutions: Collateral file perfection, assignment services, document storage, lien releases, and fulfillment.
  • Default Document Solutions: Document generation, property information reports, modification workflows, and fulfillment.

Docutech specializes in an end-to-end integrated digital mortgage experience that enables lenders to accelerate the real estate closing process.
