Fairway Home Mortgage has appointed Haley Parker as president of Elevate and head of business development — West. In her expanded role, Parker will oversee Elevate, Fairway's national business development and event platform that equips loan officers and their real estate partners with tools, training, and strategies to grow.
Parker will also lead Fairway West, a community-driven marketing and development arm delivering what Parker calls the "Digital Edge" — hands-on support in branding, social media, AI, CRM, and emerging tech tools designed to drive long-term success. "With Elevate and Fairway West, we're giving our loan officers and partners not just the tools for today, but the strategies that will carry them into the future," said Parker. "None of this can be done without a powerful team, and this team is so talented. Very proud of them all."
