Phil Brousseau, Toniey Williams, and Patrick Turner have joined Foundation Mortgage’s leadership team to meet growing demand from brokers nationwide in the Non-QM and traditional markets

Foundation Mortgage has added three seasoned professionals, Phil Brousseau, Toniey Williams, and Patrick Turner, to key roles within its growing operations division. The company’s new appointments underscore the company’s continued investment in operational excellence and service quality as it scales to meet rising demand in the Non-QM and traditional mortgage markets.

Brousseau joins Foundation Mortgage as an underwriter, bringing more than 20 years of experience in underwriting, operations, and risk oversight. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of credit and risk at EPM, where he oversaw wholesale and correspondent underwriting teams, developed credit policy, and streamlined operational performance. Brousseau is both VA SAR and FHA DE certified, and his background includes leadership roles at First Guaranty Mortgage, loanDepot, and Carrington Mortgage Services.

Williams brings more than 30 years of mortgage operations experience to her new role at Foundation Mortgage. As processing and operations manager at Lending 3 Inc. and Gemini 2 Realty, she built and led high-performing teams responsible for loan processing, compliance, and customer service. Her expertise in federal and state lending regulations, pipeline management, and team development will help enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s continued growth trajectory.

Turner, a seasoned Non-QM and jumbo mortgage underwriter, adds to the company more than 15 years of specialized experience across top-tier financial institutions including Newfi Lending, MUFG Union Bank, UBS, and Caliber Home Loans. His expertise in manual underwriting, risk assessment, and Non-QM portfolio performance makes him an key addition to Foundation’s credit team. Turner’s collaborative, analytical approach aligns with Foundation’s mission to combine innovation with prudent, common-sense decision-making.
